Refund Eligibility:
We do not offer any refunds unless explicitly specified in the project contract. Any refunds granted will be in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties.
Domain and Hosting Services:
Please note that there are no refunds for domain and hosting services. Once these services are purchased and activated, they are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate outside of the project contract terms, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of BrandWise Tech Private Limited. Any such refunds will be subject to review and approval by management.
