Solution

To address the new requirements and existing scope:
1. HSN Code Integration: Add HSN field in Item Master, show in invoices (UI + PDF), and include in sales reports.
2. “IGST Handling:* Auto-detect based on customer vs clinic state, apply IGST/CGST+SGST logic, reflect in invoice UI and reports.
3. “Patient ID Separation:” Redesign patient forms to store and display Patient ID and Mobile Number as distinct fields, allow filtering/search by both.

These are built on top of the existing robust modules for patient and doctor management, billing, and reporting.
